What information do we process?

Purpose and legal basis for processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

We ensure that Data Processing Agreements are in place and that suppliers only process data on our instructions and comply with rules and regulations regarding the processing of personal data (GDPR).
Transfers to third countries
If we use suppliers outside the EU/EEA, your data may be transferred to third countries.
In such cases, we ensure a lawful basis for the transfer, e.g., the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and relevant supplementary measures. When using Microsoft- or Google-based solutions, the legal basis is the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Retention period
We retain personal data for as long as it is relevant and necessary for the purpose (in accordance with the GDPR):
- Enquiries/demo booking: typically until the dialogue has been concluded and for a subsequent period where it is relevant for documenting history (typically 6 months).
- Technical logs and statistics: retained for the period necessary for security, operations, and analysis, and depends on the specific case processed.
We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer relevant or necessary.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the website function, and statistics for internal use.
We refer to information about these in the “Cookie Declaration” (see the website’s cookie banner).
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via our cookie banner or cookie settings.
