Introduction

When you visit our website, we collect and process information about you. In this privacy policy, you can read what information we process, what we use it for, and what rights you have.

What information do we process?

We may process the following types of personal data, depending on how you use the website:

  • Contact details: name, email, phone number, company/municipality, and any information you enter in a form (e.g., “Book demo” or “Contact us”).
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, time zone, operating system, referring page, and similar.
  • Usage data: which pages you visit, clicks, session time, and similar statistics.
  • Cookie information: if you accept cookies, we may use cookies for statistics, functionality, and possibly marketing (see the cookie section).

We encourage you not to send sensitive personal data via contact forms or email.

Purpose and legal basis for processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. To operate and improve the website (functionality, security, troubleshooting, statistics).
     Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6) or consent.
  2. To respond to enquiries and provide the service requested (e.g., demo booking or otherwise).
     Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6) and/or performance of a contract/pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6)
  3. Support cases: when a person actively requests support, information, etc., we process their data in order to fulfil their request for support and services.
     Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6).

Recipients and data processors

We may share information with trusted suppliers (data processors) who help us with operations and functionality, e.g., hosting, web analytics, form handling, and the support portal.

We ensure that Data Processing Agreements are in place and that suppliers only process data on our instructions and comply with rules and regulations regarding the processing of personal data (GDPR).

Transfers to third countries

If we use suppliers outside the EU/EEA, your data may be transferred to third countries.
 In such cases, we ensure a lawful basis for the transfer, e.g., the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and relevant supplementary measures. When using Microsoft- or Google-based solutions, the legal basis is the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Retention period

We retain personal data for as long as it is relevant and necessary for the purpose (in accordance with the GDPR):

  • Enquiries/demo booking: typically until the dialogue has been concluded and for a subsequent period where it is relevant for documenting history (typically 6 months).
  • Technical logs and statistics: retained for the period necessary for security, operations, and analysis, and depends on the specific case processed.

We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer relevant or necessary.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the website function, and statistics for internal use.
 We refer to information about these in the “Cookie Declaration” (see the website’s cookie banner).
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via our cookie banner or cookie settings.

You can also delete or block cookies via your browser settings. Please note that certain features may be affected if you block cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have a number of rights, including:

  • The right of access to the data we process about you
  • The right to rectification of incorrect data
